[PEPPo] PAC38

  Dear All,

  We just learned that PAC38 enthusiastically accepted the PEPPo 
proposal which was rating "A", as high as any
  experiment at JLab. The full results of PAC38 are in attachment.

  Congratulations to all of you, your hard work, and your committment to 
the Collaboration for this sucess !!
