[PEPPo] PEPPo Rad Workers must read/sign 2012 General Purpose RWP before continuing work in the new year

Dear PEPPo Collaborator,

If you are a Rad Worker (most of you are) then please keep in mind that 
you must read and sign the general access radiation work permit 
(particularly regarding the injector section) before continuing tunnel 
work in 2012.  You can do this following the link below and finding 
SAF801kd.  The link to sign the form is located at the end of the 
document:  http://wwwold.jlab.org/div_dept/train/webbasedtraining.html
