[PEPPo] PEPPo update

Dear All,

1. _Result => Weekly PEPPo Status Meeting_ - About 50% of those surveyed 
responded and all agreed the _Wednesday 1000-1100 EST_ time slot is 
best. Please mark this on your calendars.

2. _Result => PEPPo Mailing List_ - Exactly 50% of those on this e-mail 
have subscribed to the PEPPo mailing list.  Beginning next week, we'll 
begin only using that list for mass e-mail.  You may join the mailing 
list by going to this web-site:

3. _FIRST Weekly Satus Meeting_ - Will be held locally at JLAB, this 
_Wednesday, February 9th 1000-1100 EST_.   Local room TBD; I will send 
location and room phone # by tomorrow.  Remote access will be via EVO 
videoconferencing system. The EVO meeting name will be "peppo".  If you 
have not used EVO, please be aware you must register in advance 
(http://evo.caltech.edu) and have local video/audio capabilities 
(Polycom, web-cam, etc).   I will send out a note later today regarding 
use of the PEPPo Wiki to supplement the weekly meeting.

4. _AGENDA, Wednesday, February 9th Weekly Meeting:
_

    * First-time hiccups for remote meeting (All)
    * Update on long term installation & experiment schedule (Joe)
    * Submission to the CEBAF NP PAC for beam time (Eric)
    * Next collaboration meeting discussion - design review,
      installation planning, PAC writing
    * Organization of labor/working groups - scientific/technical,
      students, post-doc opportunities (Joe)
    * Set agenda for next meeting
