[PEPPo] PEPPo Status Meeting - February 16 10am-11am EST

Dear PEPPo,

The PEPPo status meeting will be help on February 16 from 10am-11am EST.
The local meeting room will be CC F326.  The EVO meeting room will be 
named "peppo".

The agenda will be technical status updates, which I propose in the 
agenda below.  If you want to distribute presentation material then
