Our proposal to PAC38 has been submitted.

*Eric *- as proposal coordinator can you correct or delete the proposal 
wiki link to reflect the final product (latex, figures, PDF files)?  
This will certainly become more helpful as we prepare for PAC38 to be 
held during the week of August 22, 2011.
