[PEPPo] Start of run information and EPICS variable list

I finished adapting the scripts to record the start of run information and
EPICS variables in the CODA file.
For the start of run in the file /opt/camsonne/scripts/peppo.tcl ( to look
at how it looks like do a dpwish -f peppo.tcl ) I put :
Type of runs :
	{Production e+}
	{Production e-}
	{Beam position}
	{Calibration}
	{Fiber detector}
	{Cosmics}
	{Pedestal}
	{Check out}
	{Other}

Targets :
        {Thin Tungsten}
        {Thick Tungsten}
        {No Target, Empty}

Beam :
  { entry "E0 ="            run_info(beam:e0)            "GeV" }
    { entry  "current"        run_info(beam:current)       "uA"  }

Spectrometer

   { entry "p ="        run_info(rightarm:p)       "MeV/c" }
    { entry "bite ="    run_info(rightarm:theta)   "%"   }
   { entry "current ="    run_info(rightarm:theta)   "A"   }


Let me know if you need any additionnal information or changes.

The epics variables will come from peppoLogger script.

I copied the Hall A beam position there but I will replace those by the
relevant ones once I am given the list.

I still need to get CODA to start the scripts automatically, it seems it
changed a bit with the new CODA version but it should be working in the
next few days.
