[PEPPo] Welcome, Silviu Covrig

Hi Folks,

Silviu Covrig from Hall C is interested to join our PEPPo effort.  We 
met this morning to discuss the experiment and where we agree he could 
jump in and help.  At least initially, Silviu will help with 
calculations and simulations of the positron collection between the 
target and spectrometer exit.

Silviu has been added to the PEPPo mailing list and will soon start 
attending our weekly status discussions, join in the installation and 
commissioning as the year proceeds.  Please welcome Silviu and offer him 
your support to get up to speed.
