[PEPPo] Working in service building and tunnel

Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

More and more of you will be working in service building electronics 
racks and in tunnel installation area this summer.  Please keep in mind 
that in addition to training and coordination, daily house keeping and 
common work practice is required. It is your responsibility to ensure 
you clean up work areas/tools each day and install new equipment per 
convention in those areas.

One point which has come to my attention a couple of times already is 
the cabling and power cords in the service building racks.  Cables are 
to be routed in either cable trays or floor penetration areas, both in 
service building and tunnel.  For example, there are a growing number of 
power cables and signal cables which span the service building racks; if 
yours then it is your responsibility to correct.  If you are lacking 
support or hardware to accomplish your task then contact me and I will 
try to help you get this addressed.
