[PEPPo] PAC writing plan

Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

Just to reiterate this is the PAC writing plan I heard (correct me if 
I'm in error):

Submit new material to Larry by e-mail (cardman).  As feasible, next 
distributions (EST) as follows:
1.  Material by 6/23 1700 released by 6/24 1200
2.  Material by 6/25 0800 released by 6/25 1700

Leads on sections:
a) Arne  - PEPPo experiment - Summarize electron injector and beam 
requirements, incorporate figure of electron injector, incorporate 
figure of PEPPo, summarize PEPPo apparatus

b) Paul - PEPPo simulation - Collect Yujong's simulation on electron 
beam optics and spot size using Elegant, include Jonathan's results on 
positron production and polarization at close energy using 0.1mm/1mm 
foils using Geant4, edit cohesive description of position collection up 
to polarimeter using simulations by Jonathan/Serkan/Paul.

c) Eric - PEPPo Compton polarimeter - updates

d) Tony - PEPPo beam time - Joe/Arne will review run plan, 
Eric/Alexandre will verify measurement time clock hours
