[PEPPo] lead bricks: present and future

Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

"Good" news - Lead bricks are becoming harder to find; so I am pleased 
that today Riad and I  moved our 300 lead bricks to temporary storage at 
the PEPPo installation area in the injector.  They're available for 
shielding come late summer.

"Bad" news - Riad and I have taken our turn moving the 6000 lbs. of 
lead, so now it may be *yours*.  :)  By ~August we significantly more 
people should be trained to move & stack many lead bricks.  If you sense 
you are one of those who may be doing this then please take care to:

    1. Schedule lead handling SAF136 with Dick Owen, Mary Boggs or 
Jennifer Williams, pass the exam, but fit for an air-purifying 
respirator and have your sponsor/supervisor sign off that you need this.

    2. Schedule medical evaluation MED13 with Johnie Banks to ensure you 
may wear a respirator.
