[PEPPo] 12 MSD

Hi,
The PEPPo proposal falls in a rare category. To my knowledge only 2
other experiments in the last ~decade have gone across PAC eyes and
landed at the accelerator: my 1999 thesis experiment which took 4
consecutive facility days and the CEBAF ER experiment - which I thought
was done at startup/shutdown some ~5 years ago?
In short, not many PAC-like days and certainly none which take clock
hours from experiments.
Anyhow, I think the text is relevant, at least practical. That's my vote.
