[PEPPo] Summary of PEPPO disk space

I made an entry in the Wiki,
so people know about the new places to put data.

We have 50 Gbytes on the work disk, it is not much but if you have
file that many people wants to look at it is a good place to put them.

I will install the Hall A analyzer on the accelarator directory to be
able to decode and analyze easily the CODA files from the FADC DAQ.
