Hi Folks,
fyi - Notwithstanding requests to the PD, today is the last scheduled
day to be in the tunnel. Operations plans to lock up around 4pm today
and ideally stay locked up. Of course, there will be accesses, but
they'll be limited and need priority.
What does this mean? Please....
1. *Mark/Kent* - Good idea to remove any hardware you no longer need in
tunnel. Plug the IA back in?
2. *Jim* - Make measurements you need to fabricate the plastic boxes for
magnet leads. I'll take photos too.
3. *Steve/Wes* - Stow or remove any remaining radiation monitor parts
that aren't being used
4. *Reza* - Put A2 back, leave it as is, put some label or tape so not
inadvertently moved?
5. *Danny* - Any final measurements for fiber array bracket; when ready
we'll ask for ~2 hr access to install
6. *Leke/Paul* - Ask Radcon to remove radioactive boundary rope; put
roll around rack back where it came from
7. *PEPPo* - We should meet Wednesday 10:30am for regular meeting, for
status updates & to list/prioritize access tasks.
8. *Riad/Erica* - Does PD have your request for next DAQ studies?
9. *John* - Once gun in routinely ~ON, I'll ask PD to coordinate a good
time to test swapping HVPS
What else....?
