All very reasonable. Until the apparatus is well understood all tests
will be pulsed, meaning CW inhibit = ON. I'll start on estimates of
beam loss and heating for the more general CW case, following
calculations Bob Michaels provided for our target, calculations I did
for Moller foil ~years ago and discussing with Danny/Pavel if thermal
analysis can be done.
