[PEPPo] Access to the injector

Unless there are objections, my preference is to begin ~8am with 
non-detector related tasks:
a) target ladder troubleshooting
b) magnet water flow measurement
c) attaching ground strips
d) magnet hook ups

Once these are resolved, we'll start with the detector jobs - I'd 
suppose closer to 10 or 11am.
