[PEPPo] polarimeter detector & magnet alignment

Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

The polarimeter detector is being fiducialized/referenced to the 
aluminum alignment plate today.   The analyzing magnet may be lifted 
onto the table later this week and aligned.  From now on, please do not 
make any adjustments/modifications to materials which are mounted on the 
aluminum alignment plate without some concurrence.
