[PEPPo] G4PEPPo release

[Paul Gueye]

Hi all,

The latest version of G4PEPPo was just released (version as of 09/14/201). You can find it at: /group/positron/gueye/G4PEPPo/
The folder "Doc" contains a very brief information on how to compile and run it.
There are still a few issues that need to be fixed in future releases. I will put more information on the wiki in the coming days.
