Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

Jonathan DUMAS will defend his doctoral thesis tomorrow, Thursday 9/22 @ 
8AM EST.  His defense will take place in Grenoble, but will be broadcast 
via EVO for those who would like to view his presentation.  If you 
choose to connect to EVO then please keep your camera and microphone 
turned off as your participation should be limited to watching and 
listening only.  The EVO link and password is shown below:

If you would like to join as a group we have locally booked CEBAF Center 
Rm. F227 to view & listen on the large screen TV there.  Please try to 
arrive at least 5 minutes before the presentation begins.  After 
Jonathan's presentation you will however need to leave the room for 
private discussion with the thesis review committee.

Finally, we expect that Jonathan will post his final presentation slides 
to the PEPPo wiki beforehand.
