[PEPPo] Weekly Meeting for TODAY, 9/23 - CANCELLED

Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

Neither Eric nor I are available this morning to run the weekly status 
meeting, so we have cancelled it.  If others would like to still meet 
the local meeting room ARC 428 is available from 10:30-12:30.  
Alternatively, I encourage you to use the distribution list or wiki to 
share updates.

In particular, it would be useful to hear about DAQ progress, fiber 
array readiness and modeling efforts.

On other fronts....

1.  The region 1 girder is being assembled and should be ready for 
installation next week

2.  The region 1 & 2 pedestals have been grouted and are ready

3.  The annihilation, fiber array, cosmic, polarimeter and current 
monitoring cables have been separated and dressed in the cable tray 
hanging above the final installation point, ready to use.

4.  The quad and corrector magnet leads have been pulled and dressed to 
final location, ready for hookup

5.  The high current magnet leads have been terminated upstairs

6.  The annihilation detector assembly design has been finished and is 
out for fabrication

7.  The fiber array detector remote linear actuator is operational remotely

8.  The target ladder controls are completed

9.  The spectrometer chamber halves have been fabricated will be welded 
to full assembly over next ~week

10.  The spectrometer is returned to our lab, support plate being 
modified to connect to pedestal

11.  Analyzer magnet measurements are >50% done including pick-up coil 
measurements; data to be analyzed

12.  Significant amount of vacuum component QA testing and pre-assembly 
at our lab.
