[PEPPo] Weekly Status Update Meeting, Thursday April 5 at 11am EST

Dear PEPPo Collaborator,

We will have our weekly status update meeting tomorrow Thursday, April 5 
at 11am EST.  Locally we'll be in MCC Conference Rm and call in number 
is 757-269-7436.  We had two problems with communication last week, a) 
once in conference new phone calls are easily missed because they don't 
ring loudly and b) if some people connect by phone and others by 
skype/computer then there is no communication.   If someone willing to 
organize the skype/computer connection for everyone then maybe we solve 
both problems above; perhaps someone off-site as this directly improves 
their access to on-site meetings.

_In addition to contributed updates we should discuss/hear on the 
following topics:
_
(Larry/Joe/Eric) - Plans to submit COO/ESAD/RSAD to Readiness Review 
committee by next Friday, 13th

(Alexandre, Riad, Erica) - Plans to get Mode=3 FADC and buffered scaler 
ready for BS next week

(Joe) - Discuss target heating calculations and limitations

(Joe/Riad/Paul/Leke) - What was learned at yesterday's 4/3 BS

(All) - Agree on next week's BS program

(Yujong) - Status of Elegant mechanical beam line layout & magnetic fields

(Serkan) - Status of interpreting the spectrometer magnetic field 
measurements

(Leke/Eric) - If Leke is ready & Eric is joining then hear about the 
Compton AP simulations
