[PEPPo] PEPPo disk usage

The CUE group "positron" /group/positron is nearly at full quota.  This 
group has a modest 5GB allocation intended to house the positron wiki 
(now at 1GB) and provide for small user, publication and administrative 
jobs.

Now that we are in a data-intensive phase please be mindful that 
analyses and simulation data should be maintained on either:

  * 1TB work space: /work/accel/peppo
  * 1TB volatile space: /volatile/accel/peppo
