Beam studies has been moved from Wednesday to tomorrow, Monday.   If you 
had a planned task please let me know if you are able to support the 
work on Monday, or show up to the 8am meeting.

Due to the vacuum/He leak with Hall C, there will be no beam to  Hall C
Monday Feb 13th (and no transverse polarity setup/run).

We will use this time on Monday the 13th to perform the planned beam
studies Arne sent in a previous email (see attached) with the exception
of the two beam studies (Long Pulse Width Test&  RayTrace Hall C) that
terminate into Hall C.

The list is as below.  Beam studies will start at 0900, please make
arrangements and coordinate with your team members for your beam studies
plan (I am sending this to Arne's normal beam studies distribution as
well as the POC listed on the associated beam studies).

Please also plan to attend the morning meetings for coordination.

A page to all will also be sent out today.
