[PEPPo] PEPPo Beamline Readiness review

Hari, Keith, Doug, Mike and Kelly:
     Thank you for agreeing to serve on the PEPPo beamline readiness 
review.   I am in the process of setting up a meeting at the end of 
January (likely dates are Jan 27 or 30).  I am planning (or visioning)  
a  review that will take less than half a day.  One or two hours of 
presentations with a hour or two of discussion.   The main objective of 
the review is to evaluate the safety of the installation and 
commissioning plans.

Look for this to appear on your calendars.  The PEPPo collaboration will 
provide documentation  one week in advance of the review.   In the 
meantime, you can read the PAC proposal (attached) or peruse the PEPPo
