[PEPPo] Submit your ATLIS tasks for tunnel or beam studies

Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

There may be opportunities for both tunnel work (couple hours) and beam 
tests next week.  Only tasks submitted by ATLIS can be considered.  To 
help me appreciate the scope of work please submit your tasks by _5pm 
EST today_.
