[PEPPo] State of the Experiment

Dear PEPPo Collaborators,

  While the last ~year has been very, very busy - apparent by the state 
of our experiment and the successful PAC outcome - it is our duty and 
job to remind the collaboration that we are simply in the calm before 
the storm.  The last couple of months have preoccupied some of us 
tidying loose ends of the installation and the DAQ, likewise defending 
to the lab our readiness and a placement in the 12MSD to run the experiment.

  However, it is now more important than ever to make sure that our 
endeavors are strong and in concert getting us to a point of full 
readiness.  We will touch upon our "punchlist" on Thursday's meeting and 
surely have feedback following Friday's review.  All of this to say, 
there is still much to do and a sustained presence and significant 
contribution is expected from each collaborator - literally the team 
effort and the joy of breathing life into the final product.
