[PEPPo] Daily Report 19 June

Yesterday we took few runs to evaluate the working condition of TS1 and
PMT5. After that we swap to production mode at 3.2MeV/c in delay mode.
Today we started to take backgorund data and we swapped to production.
We will run up to tomorrow morning in these conditions and we will
continue tomorrw night to finish the momentum set.
