[PEPPo] Fiber array pictures from beam studies

Hi all,

A sample of the pictures taken of the fiber array with lecterns and positrons, with and without the production targets (0.1 and 1 mm) have been posted on the wiki (https://positron.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Fiber_Detector_Hardware_Information) and there is a link to the corresponding elog entry #1780217 (also link to Erica's recent entry: elog #1779423).

More analysis of the individual fiber signals is being done to get additional information from these runs.
