[PEPPo] Scope of Work and you

Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

It's been a long road, but now we're here - running the experiment!  A 
consequence of the long road is that we almost always had more time than 
necessary to plan, evaluate and execute tasks.  In the last months and 
weeks the pace of work has grown considerably.  While the demand on us 
to make decisions and execute diverse tasks has grown we must continue 
to follow the same good work practice that has gotten us here.  Plan 
your work and work your plan.  Implement your safety training, use your 
PPE.  Unexpected situations will arise - stop and make a new plan.  Take 
advantage of the vast support around you to achieve your goals this way.
