Dear PEPPo Collaborators,

Over the last ~6 months the PEPPo-nauts have gained momentum in the analysis. We have begun providing a preliminary summary of our ~raw results to the community, at POSIPOL last year and IPAC next month. However, we appear on a trajectory which leads us to "unveiling" polarization results by this Fall, with publication and thesis writing thereafter. This is good timing, as we have accepted an invitation to present results at PSTP2013 (http://faculty.virginia.edu/PSTP2013/) in early September and will seek a contributed talk at PAC (http://www.napac13.lbl.gov/) later that month. Thus, strong motivation to stay on track!

With this in mind and as discussed in recent meetings, we would like to hold a 2-day collaboration meeting within the time frame July 7-13 to share status of results many of which will be ~final, discuss/agree on open issues, develop a well defined plan for bringing analysis to completion. There are a long list of topics we would like to hear about & discuss:

    * electron momentum measurements
    * electron Mott polarimetry
    * Compton analyzing magnet polarization
    * electron Compton polarimetry/calibration
    * Geant4 model vs. measurement for polarimeter
    * Elegant/G4beam model vs. measurement for e- beam
    * G4beamline model vs. measurement for e+ collection
    * positron yield model vs. measurement at annihilation counter
    * positron Compton polarimetry results!!
    * workshop/conference preparations
    * publication writing assignments

Eric and I will begin contacting speakers and arrange a preliminary agenda by ~mid-May. To help in the arrangements, can you please take the following doodle survey to indicate your availability to participate, keeping in mind we will be choosing best consecutive 2-days :

Best regards,
