[PEPPo] ImageJ software (image analysis tool)

Thanks Paul.  I have often wondered if ImageJ could be used as an 
inexpensive replacement for the Ophir/Spiricon laser beam analyser by 
using a simple USB camera without the lens.  I understand that ImageJ 
works very nicely with the Gigabit Ethernet cameras, but I have no time 
to investigate this.
