[PEPPo] PSTP proceedings draft

Dear PEPPo Collaborator,

I have uploaded a draft copy of the PSTP proceedings to the PEPPo wiki. Any comments, edits, etc. are appreciated by Friday, Nov. 15th.

The majority of this contribution mimics Eric's to PAC 2013 (China) earlier this year.  It is a good and concise description of the experiment and already reviewed by the collaboration.  Recall at PSTP2013 we aimed to show a preliminary estimate of positron polarization and finally did based on the integrated energy analyzing power, so this is what I focus on in the last ~section of this text.

If we continue per plan, the next evolution will be when we've completed the energy dependent analysis.
