[PEPPo] PEPPo Collaboration Meeting @ Jefferson Lab (Dec. 8-12)

Dear PEPPo Collaborator,

We have made significant analysis progress in 2014 and so we are having a collaboration meeting the week of Dec. 8th at Jefferson Lab to discuss ~new results particularly of the positron polarization analysis and simulations, as well as review ourselves of old resulting and outstanding issues.  The principle goal of this meeting is to identify, prioritize and assign remaining tasks that must occur to successfully complete the analysis.  The meeting agenda and instructions for remote participation are listed below.  Presentations will occur on Monday and Tuesday.  Wednesday and Thursday are set aside as working days.  We will re-group on Friday morning to refine our path forward and discuss the 2015 analysis tasks and publication end-game.  

Note to speakers : Please upload your slides to the meeting wiki or e-mail them to grames at jlab.org in advance of the meeting.  The slides will be broadcast over BlueJeans to remote participants during your presentation.  Ample time has been provided to each speaker, primarily for discussion, so it is fine if your presentation is shorter than the time allotted.  Please say if you have a time slot conflict as soon as possible.
