[PEPPo] December Collaboration Meeting Coordination

Dear PEPPo Collaborators,

We are planning a collaboration meeting at Jefferson Lab and via Blue Jeans teleconferencing in December to review the experiment analysis.  The goal is to determine if each analysis segment is complete, and if not to agree on the strategy and responsibility needed to do so.  We will also discuss the organization leading towards publication of the final results.

To allow for adequate discussion Eric and I would like to have the meeting over two days.  We will circulate a proposed agenda in the coming weeks, however, if you expect to join - as a present and/or reviewer - please select each of the days you are available in the period Dec. 8, 9, 10 using the doodle link below so that we may optimize the *pair* of days and presenter schedule.

Even while a core of the collaboration has been mainly involved in the analysis we look forward to all collaborators joining in the review.
