Dear Colleagues,

I'd like to thank Larry, Eric, Fanglei, Sergei, Sami and Jay for their comments to the first draft.   With only a couple exceptions I have addressed all of the feedback.  I also did a little pruning to fit inside the page limit.  I'd like to call out those who contributed material to the draft namely Alicia, Andriy, Carlos, Dennis, Fanglei, Joe, Reza, Silviu, and Yves.

Please find attached the final version.

I mentioned at an earlier meeting that I would update the author list prior to submission with those who either a) routinely participate in our weekly Ce+BAF working group meetings or b) cannot regularly attend but have made substantiative contributions toward this paper.   If you find I inadvertently left someone from this contribution please reach out to me, possibly an oversight.

Next I will work on the poster.

  *   please check each of your references to make sure they appear nicely in the References section (some do not)

  *   Send me your comments by Monday 4/17 end of your day (sooner = better)
  *   its okay to be picky -  I'll make corrections prioritized by errors I made and majority opinion
  *   expecting some change I left about 10 lines for last minute edits (it's okay our references extend to page 4)
  *   comments about figures go to this person => Joe (1,2),  Silviu (3),  Fanglei (4)

I want to thank everyone for furthering this idea of positron beams at JLab - it's quite an extraordinary and ambitious thing we try to do.
