[PEPPo] [EXTERNAL] New note

 Dear all, 

 Here is a new note about the optimization of positron production at 120 MeV and 1 GeV. It closes initial Sami's work on the subject and bring 
 fair direction of comparisons to understand the electron beam energy sensitivity of the production rate. 

 The main parameters that are studied here are the momentum Delta p/p and the angular Delta theta acceptances at the target exit. These are 
 different from the delta p_z/p , x' and y' accepted at the C100 entrance. It is part of current Sami's work to understand the relationship
 between the entrance of the C100 and the target exit, and finally optimized collection parameters to improve the beam intensity.

 I would prepare summary slides for the next meeting (2/8).
