[PEPPo] CIS and e+ wiki updated

Dear ciswiki users,

The CIS and e+ wiki areas (wiki.jlab.org/ciswiki) were upgraded w/o notice causing some confusion.  It has since been configured to behave as the prior configuration, but please let me know if issues persist.

If you use the wiki, keep these important points referring to this screen grab of upper right corner of wiki:

  *   Use "Edit source" for syntax based editor (previous editor
  *   Use "Edit" for full feature editor (recommend trying on blank page)
  *   Use "View History" to undo inadvertent changes (e.g. if you break a page with new editor)
  *   Clear your Watchlist if you don't want e-mail reminders for edited pages
  *   Upload file size restored to 100 MB
