The blue colored hyperlinks in the PAC51 statement I circulated last Friday did not work; thanks to Sergei for catching this.
An updated statement with working hyperlinks is attached.
best,
Joe

Subject: PAC51 guidance on positrons at CEBAF
Dear Ce+BAF Colleagues,
For reference, attached is the letter Thia approved of, sent to the PAC51 committee providing guidance about positrons. Of course, positrons at CEBAF is an evolving concept, so this is how we can all stay on the same page in the context of this PAC.
When I'm back from the IPAC'23 conference, we'll define the scope of material that we'd like to address leading up to our end of the year white paper. That scope, I think, should extend to discussing in more detail how we may use the LERF, modifications needed at CEBAF in order to transport positron beams to the Halls, and addressing the JLAAC recommendations. All as best as we can with our size in that time.
Nice job everyone!
thanks,
Joe
