[PEPPo] Ce+BAF mtg. cancelled this week

Hi Folks,

Sorry for the short notice, but our Wed. 11am Ce+BAF mgt. is cancelled, we'll resume next week.  Instead I will join a walkthrough of the LERF injector RF system, happening at the ~same time.

In the meanwhile, good news ... the e+ irradiation LDRD was encouraged for full submission and our ODU REU summer students starts tomorrow (he will join us starting next week).

Next week, we should discuss our next round of R&D prioritize - so we can learn which we may do with our present level of effort, and which require additional resources for FY24 to plan the FY24 request.
