[PEPPo] [EXTERNAL] Graphite target wheel

Dear all,

During my presentation, I had a question concerning the type of graphite 
we used for our target wheel.

We looked for high strength, fine grain and high thermal conductivity 
graphite and we focused on Graphitech ET10 or GrafTech/GrafStar XTJ10 
(see attached properties)

We finally choose Graphitech ET10 for price and availability
