Hi folks,

As the year winds down I want to take this opportunity to thank and acknowledge your contributions to the Ce+BAF team.   It's been an excellent time with impressive progress on many fronts - the design of the injection beam line from LERF, creating more technically developed designs of the source/capture region, successful progress creating a diverse experimental R&D portfolio for high power targets, high current e- source, and building the degrader program for CEBAF.

We've had good days, challenging days, sometimes hard-to-see-the-big-picture days, but continually moving in the right direction.   Importantly, we're a cohesive working group, across many JLab groups and with a strong community of collaborators and students.

I wish you all a safe and restful holiday season, a good time to break away from the work and to reconnect.
Then, we're back to it in 2025!
