[PEPPo] Ce+BAF meeting on Wed, Mar 12 @ 11am EDT

I attach a recent talk about the longitudinal phase-space linearization 
using sextupoles
in a chicane. It's by Sara Thorin from maxlab, who had discussed this 
scheme in her thesis
(2009 or so, I sat on her committee).
