Updates on Ce+BAF design (e- injector, e+ injector, etc) and projects (degrader, liquid jet target, solid target, etc)

Silviu (15+5) - Updates from NP PI exchange meeting and solid target CFD design
     *
Andriy (15+5) - Update on positron yield, energy deposited in target and radiation damage
     *
Max (15+5) - Updated objectives and schedule for Year 2 of the mA Gun LDRD
