[Pi0tff] HyCal calibration proposal

 Dear PRad-II and X17 members,
The pi0TFF group has prepared the proposal on how
we can perform HyCal energy calibration.
As all 3 experiments will most likely run consequently
and use the same calibration we would like to share the details and get your feedback. The document location is:
