[Pi0tff] [PRad] HyCal calibration proposal

 Hi Ilya,

 Before discussion of the HyCal software calibration issues, one
 recent update needs to be considered: we worked with the Hall B
 administration and the photon Tagger with a limited configuration
 (enough for the HyCal will be available (we need to do that) for:
 (a) equalizing; (b) calibration, and check of non-linearity.
 Any additional software calibration will be welcomed on the top of
 the "hardware" measurements.
