[PRad] PRad phone meeting on Wednesday (April 27) at 9:00am EST

  Thank you Eugene,

 Can we start the installation of the GEM electronics underneath of
HyCal from tomorrow afternoon. That will make our work with the GEM+HyCal
tests earlier.
