[PRad] Work in the hall Friday

HyCal is already down. 
Steve will install the Tedlar tube inside the HyCal box first thing tomorrow morning. It will take some time for RTV to cure before we start other things with HyCal.
We can start mounting GEM on the HyCal tomorrow (Friday) afternoon. 
As for mounting GEM electronics. We still have to make hardware for this. There are still some issues with readout (TI). Sergey and Bryan are working on it.
Tomorrow we can run trigger fiber from the second deck to the first deck where GEM readout computer will be.
I'll be in the hall around 8 am to see if Steve has any problems with installing Tedlar tube into HyCal. Then I will be off until lunch time and will come back to the Hall after that.
