[PRad] HyCal work

Thank you. I've installed the Tedlar tube through HyCal but had to keep 
the beam pipe inside the tube while the RTV cures. It shouldn't prevent 
you from installing the GEM detector frame. I'll check it and remove the 
beam pipe later this morning.
