[PRad] PRad DAQ Meeting Time

  Hi Chao,

 I think we have to have weekly DAQ and on-line software meeting
 not bi-weekly. We have only 2 months left from the experiment
 and there are so much to do and check, the weekly on-line software
 meeting is critical at this stage.
