[PRad] 2nd Gem chamber update

[Li Ye]

Hi all,
Our 2nd gem chamber has arrived this week, and we installed support frame ,
hooked up the gas system ( netrugron , argon Co2 ) . More details will be
shown on this weekly meeting.
Here just attached few photos in case you need them for the readiness
review report.
