[PRad] [New Logentry] DAQ configuration change on run 1229

Bryan helped us disable all the front panel busy inputs to the TI-slaves.
Currently we put trigger hold off on TI-master to be 28.8 us and it will be the dead time.

In the mean time, we observed LMS Led trigger and LMS Alpha trigger are 30 ns earlier (data start from 06/09/16 12:00 pm) than before (data before 06/09/16 3:30 am).
Reason is unknown, but this results in ADC value increase for the Alpha source signal of reference PMT and ADC value decrease for the Led signal of reference PMT.
We are planning to do some tests in the next several runs to compensate this 30 ns shift on gate window.
